About us
Helping students make informed choices about UK education
We are a UK-registered education consultancy offering student guidance and recruitment support – with honesty and the student's interests at the heart of everything we do.
Our story
Why we started ASL
Applying to a UK university or college can feel overwhelming. There are thousands of courses, different entry routes, unfamiliar terms and deadlines – and it is not always clear where to find reliable information.
ASL Consultancy & Education was founded to make that process clearer and fairer. We provide education consultancy, student guidance and recruitment support, helping prospective students explore university and college opportunities in the United Kingdom.
We help students make informed decisions by giving guidance on course options, entry requirements, application procedures and admissions enquiries. We are also committed to developing partnerships with UK universities and colleges, so we can connect prospective students with suitable educational opportunities.
Our mission
To help every student we work with find a course that genuinely fits their goals – and to give them the knowledge and confidence to apply successfully.
Our values
What we stand for
Transparency
We explain how we work and what we can and cannot do – in plain language.
Honesty
We never promise offers, places or funding. We give realistic advice, even when it is not what you hoped to hear.
Student-first
Our recommendations are based on what suits you – your goals, your circumstances and your future.
Responsible recruitment
We follow ethical recruitment practices and only introduce applicants who are well-informed and genuinely suited to a course.
Meet the founder
Lavinia Cristea
Founder & Director
“I started ASL because I know how much the right course – and the right guidance – can change someone's life. Many people have the ability and the drive to study, but they are held back by confusing information or a lack of support.
My promise is simple: we will listen, we will be honest with you, and we will do our best to help you take your next step with confidence.”
