Cookie Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how ASL Consultancy & Education Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a similar way. Some are essential for a website to work; others help us understand how the site is used or allow content from other websites to be shown.
How we use cookies
When you first visit our site, a banner asks for your choice. Non-essential cookies and third-party content are blocked until you click “Accept all”. If you choose “Essential only”, only the strictly necessary items below are used.
Strictly necessary
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
asl-consent (local storage) | This website | Remembers your cookie choice | Until you clear it or change your choice |
These do not require consent because the site cannot work properly without them.
Analytics (only with your consent)
We do not currently use analytics cookies. If we start using Google Analytics, it will set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to collect anonymous statistics about how visitors use the site (for example pages visited and time on site). These are set only after you accept. Typical duration: up to 2 years.
Third-party content
This website does not currently embed third-party content (such as maps or booking calendars) that sets cookies. If we add any, it will stay blocked until you accept cookies.
Forms
Our forms are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify). They may use technical measures to prevent spam. See our Privacy Notice for details on how form data is used.
Changing your choice
You can change your choice at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; note that blocking all cookies may affect how some websites work.
More information
For more about how we use personal data, see our Privacy Notice. If you have questions, contact us at contact@asl-advisory.co.uk.
